Similar to a chipmunk, this patient is hiding something in her cheek. In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper—aka dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—pops a cyst festering in a patient’s cheek. And you won’t believe how much goop waterfalls out of this growth.

In the quick clip, Dr. Lee makes an incision into the cheek cyst to give herself “a little more access” to the growth. She then pinches the patient’s cheek “like grandma would” to force out the growth’s goopy contents. A healthy collection of creamy white contents comes immediately flowing out of the cyst like mashed potatoes or creamy grits.

“I felt that squirt,” one fan commented on the post. There's certainly some power behind this pop.

Dr. Lee then goes back in to remove the cyst’s sac wall, which virtually guarantees the growth won’t return. And that's great news for this patient. No one wants to deal with this twice.

The cyst featured in this video is likely an epidermoid cyst, which contains a collection of wet dead skin cells and keratin. Epidermoid cysts often occur on the face, neck, and body.
