Watch: Coco Ho’s Pipe Masters Profile

Daughter to Mike Ho, brother to Mason, and niece to the late Derek, Coco Ho is Pipeline royalty.

While she's the first to admit she'd rather be surfing V-land than be out at Pipeline when it's second and third reefing (fair enough), she's a really good frontside tuberider, and when it's 6-foot Backdoor, she's one of the best out there.

In her 2023 Pipe Masters profile, Coco talks about pushing her herself ("there is a beauty in pushing your boundaries and I'm starting to see that now"), the best advice her Uncle Derek ever gave her ("Take anything you want"), and a few other Pipeline and non-Pipeline topics.

The most important question, of course, is what it would mean to Ho to win a Pipe Masters title.

"It would mean everything to me," says Ho. "I know my Dad would cry. Not that you want your dad to cry, but these would be good tears."
