Today in awesome, Disney has released the blooper reel from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, which includes a clip of Chris Pratt attempting to fly but, um, not quite nailing it.

Apparently Peter Quill (aka Star-Lord) is just not the most graceful on a wire!

We’re also treated to Sylvester Stallone struggling with the word “Ravager,” Michael Rooker making a colorful Mary Poppins joke while suspended in mid-air, and Kurt Russell nearly getting banged in the face by a camera.

As it turns out, Russell was a real trooper during that particular blooper.

“The amazing thing about that moment is that Kurt did not budge,” writer-directer James Gunn told Entertainment Weekly. “You look at him, and he’s such a pro, that he’s just standing there.”

If you sense a delightful, playful, off-screen chemistry between all these actors, you are definitely not wrong.

And how could you not sense that?! Just look at all of them laughing between takes. What’s more, Pratt said working with Russell, who played his long-lost father, was pretty much a dream come true.

“You know, you promise yourself you’re not going to do this thing that happens every time you meet someone who’s an icon. Someone that you’ve known way longer than they’ve ever known you…and you promise yourself you’re not going to do the thing where you geek out, but it’s a little inauthentic if you don’t,” Pratt told LRM.

And — true to his word — here’s Pratt geeking out:

Now, WHAT do we have to do to get in with this crew? The eternal Guardians of the Galaxy question…
