In the video, which she shared on Instagram, Chelsea heads down the mountain on her skis, showing off her toned booty, abs, and legs in the process.
The comedian finds her workouts to be as beneficial for her mental health as it is for her physical health.

Chelsea, who celebrated her 48th birthday with a ski trip last week, donned a Canadian flag bikini as she climbed a snowy mountain with her skis. In the clip, Chelsea also takes a moment to sip a cocktail and puff on a joint while Eminem’s "Without Me" plays in the background.
“48! Salud!” Chelsea captioned the birthday post. And predictably, her fans went totally wild. “I just want to be like you when I grow up,” wrote one person. I couldn’t agree more.

The first thing to know is that Chelsea hits the gym hard. And lucky for us, she shares her strength gains with her IG followers. Recently, she rocked a PhD shirt (which she says means Pretty Huge Deadlift) as she crushed her deadlifts with her trainer. And, of course, she also manages to make her trainer laugh. An icon!
“To me, working out is about being strong in your body for your health, while before it was about being physically looking good,” Chelsea told People. “Now I’m like, I have to mentally be strong in order to work hard and get s— done. It makes you feel better. At a certain age, you’re just like, okay. I mean, obviously, I want to look good too, but it becomes more about being mentally strong.”
When it comes to her diet and food choices, Chelsea is focused on fueling herself for her workouts, which means eating every three to four hours to control her blood sugar levels. "I like to eat light and I don't overdo it now," she told Women's Health. "When I'm eating, I take my time and pay attention to when I'm full."
