Well, that's one way to completely botch a workout.

Plastic surgeon and Botched star Dr. Paul Nassif recently took a nasty fall off his treadmill. And yes, the entire ordeal was caught on camera for your viewing pleasure.

On the May 18 premiere of the E! reality show’s seventh season, Nassif recounted the embarrassing fitness story to his co-star and fellow plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow, saying he hurt his back after falling off a treadmill.

Now, that may sound very bad, but consider that the treadmill that was going a whopping three miles per hour. That's enough for a brisk walk. Yes, Nassif fell while merely walking.

"Talk about stupidity," Nassif told Dubrow while the pair had a good laugh. The 58-year-old plastic surgeon shared a teaser video of the fall on his Instagram before the premiere, showing his 360-degree tumble, legs up in the air and all.

Don't worry, it wasn't a serious injury so you can laugh with a clear conscience. And Nassif can clearly laugh at himself and his fitness-related misfortune.

"I know, I know... You know who reminds me every day that I MAY or may not have fallen on the treadmill...," he wrote in the Instagram caption, alluding to Dubrow. I mean, what good friend doesn't tease you about an embarrassing tumble? We've all been there.

To see more of the pair's antics, tune in to Botched on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on E!
