Like many of us, Ashley Graham has some strong feelings about cardio. Cardio, in the traditional sense, isn't a necessary additive to your workout routine. That said, Graham realizes that it is important to get your heart rate up. Instead of running or begrudgingly doing burpees, Graham has been forced to get a bit more creative. In a video she shared on Instagram, Graham passes around 10-pound medicine balls with her trainer, Kira Stokes. Finding unique ways to squeeze in cardio is necessary for Graham and her hectic schedule.
