Watch Action Bronson Crush His Latest 'Jammer' Workout

From Men's Health

During a recent workout, rapper Action Bronson declared, "I DESERVE TO HAVE A HOT BOD." And the man continues to put in the work to make sure that happens. Bronson, who revealed that he has lost over 80 pounds during his current weight loss journey, just shared another intense training video on his Instagram.

"JAMMER EXPLOSIONS 4 SET WARM-UP. I LOVE THIS MACHINE. @davepfit WITH THE SICILIAN MOTIVATION. WORK IN PROGRESS. CONSISTENTLY CONSISTENT," he captioned the post.

With some encouragement from his trainer Dave Paladino, Bronson knocks out a 10-rep set of presses with 45-pound plates loaded on each side. "It's called a full-body movement, son," says Paladino. "Let's go, baby. On the Jammer. Beast. Look at that animal! People don't understand. People don't get it."

Bronson has stayed consistent in the gym, and it's showing. "I'm 283 down 80 pounds from a whopping 363 and still going strong," he said.

The musician previously shared that, since becoming a father, he has been taking his health much more seriously, all while working with trainer Paladino in the gym and eating healthier. Bronson, who is also the host of Viceland's F*ck That's Delicious, shared more about his diet changes during an interview with Late Night host Seth Meyers.

"Green juice is a beautiful thing," he said. "Kale, celery, green apple, ginger, a little lemon. It's one of the greatest things on earth, it's lowered my cholesterol, it's taken away chance of diabetic situations. I've lost like 80 fucking pounds, man. 80 pounds is a lot of weight... And I'm still fat, so like I said, it shows you I was a fat asshole. Right now I'm just an asshole."

But his journey is far from over—Bronson says he still plans to lose another 30 pounds, and then deservedly treat himself. "Don Pepe's would be the first place I'd be going, in Queens. Stuffed peppers, chicken parm, linguine clams. That's when I get to my goal; 30 more pounds to go, then I'm going to allow myself to have some fun," he said.
