Eggless Eggnog Gives You All the Rich Flavor, No Salmonella Risk

Eggnog is a Christmas tradition, but some people aren’t a fan of drinking raw eggs in beverage form — even if it’s alcoholic.

If you’re fearful of salmonella, you can still enjoy eggnog worry-free during the holidays. This “Tipline” video shows you how to make the creamy holiday drink without the raw eggs.

Instead of eggs, add vanilla pudding mix to milk, heavy cream, and spices in a large pitcher, and blend well. Pour the combination over ice, and you’ve got a delicious egg-free holiday beverage to wash down all those Christmas cookies.
