When Walmart said they had everything, they really weren't kidding. While you're likely familiar with Walmart's massive in-store garden center, most people don't know that you can also find the section online. And yes, it includes live plants among other garden staples. So, if the thought of filling your car up with flowers and ferns feels daunting—not to mention, messy—consider ordering from this little-known section.

From soil and pots to gardening tools and even greenhouses, Walmart's online garden center has everything you need to kick off your spring gardening projects. But the live plant section is where the superstore really excels. The section boasts everything from rare plants, like this Pachira braided Bonsai tree, to more common varieties, like the best-selling Magnolia tree, air ferns, and a selection of succulents. If an edible garden is more your style, Wal-Mart has you covered there too. Shop for tomato plants, sweet basil, and green bell peppers among other fruit, vegetables, and herbs.

For those with a Walmart+ membership, shipping on most plants is free (you can also try the service free for 15 days!). And according to reviews on several plants, delivery is not something you'll need to worry about. "Arrived in great condition and is doing well in my garden," one reviewer said of a pepper plant. "Came in a box, perfectly wrapped and secured!," says another of this sweet olive tree. Another reviewer had rave reviews about a recently ordered rosemary plant, "Walmart outdid themselves! The best job ever of packing and shipping of my two Rosemary Plants. Each had its own plastic protective enclosed shipping container to protect the plants. I am just a regular, older gardener lady, not a spokesperson." Are you convinced yet?

No matter what type of gardener you are, this well-kept secret section has something for you. Browse some of our favorites below.
