Walmart Has New Cotton Candy Grape Juice That Embodies That Sweet, Fruity Flavor
Although cotton candy grape season is over, we luckily don’t have to give up the flavor. Walmart’s in-house Great Value brand just released a Cotton Candy Flavored Grape Juice that will deliver all the sweetness in drink form.
If this is your introduction to cotton candy grapes, we’re sorry to say that you’ve been seriously missing out. They get their name from the fact that they really do taste like cotton candy. We know, it sounds a bit crazy. These plump grapes get their sweet, cotton candy-like flavor naturally without the added sugar. They’re usually only available in stores — like Costco and Trader Joe’s — during the summer months, which gives us a very short window to enjoy the fruit. That’s why the Walmart innovation is such a big deal.
“Great Value Cotton Candy Grape Juice Cocktail is packed with sweet cotton candy grape flavor. This juice has no added sugar and gives you 100 percent of your recommended daily allowance of vitamin C in a single serving,” the description says.
You can get the 64-ounce bottle of Cotton Candy Grape Juice only at Walmart for $2.48. There’s no indication that this is a limited-edition offering, but since the grapes themselves are only available in the summer, we’re not sure how long the drink will be on shelves. Time to stock up!
