A new WalletHub survey named Virginia Beach the best large city to live in in the country, with Austin and Seattle trailing closely behind in second and third place, respectively. To crown the winners WalletHub analyzed America's 62 largest cities on 56 indicators of quality of life ranging from job opportunities and weather to life expectancy and crime rates.
