Find out who America voted into the Finale and who was eliminated on ‘The Voice.’

With the exception of next week’s announcement of the winner of season 22 of The Voice, Tuesday night’s results show had the most tension to date as it revealed which five of the remaining eight artists would make it through to the finale.

Monday night’s performance show was stellar with everyone bringing their A-game, so much so that it could change the voting that Parade predicted based on last week’s performances, meaning that anyone—Bodie, Brayden Lape, Bryce Leatherwood, Parijita Bastola, Omar Jose Cardona, Kim Cruse, Justin Aaron, and Morgan Myles—could make it through.

The way the results worked for the semifinals was as follows: The four artists with the highest number of votes from America automatically went through. Then the bottom four had to perform for the Instant Save, America’s second vote for the Top 5, as coaches Blake Shelton, John Legend, Gwen Stefani and Camila Cabello watched and then tried to convince America to vote to save their artists.

Here’s how the night played out:

The show kicked off when Blake Shelton took the stage for a performance of his hit record, “No Body.”

Then host Carson Daly began the reveal of the results. First to learn he was going through to the finale from Team Blake was Bryce Leatherwood.

Before more outcomes were announced, there was more entertainment provided by John Legend, performing his new hit “Nervous.”

Then it was back to Carson and the remaining seven artists. Next to find out she was advancing to the finale was Team Camila’s Morgan Myles. She was followed by Team Blake’s Bodie.

Next, Carly Pearce took the stage and performed her just nominated for an Emmy single, “What He Didn’t Do.”

Carson and the remaining five artists returned to the stage for the final reveal. Brayden Lape from Team Blake was the final member of the Top 4, giving Blake’s team a clean slate with all three artists moving on.

That meant that Parijita Bastola, Omar Jose Cardona, Kim Cruse, and Justin Aaron had to sing for the Instant Save.

Singing first was Parijita, who chose for possibly her final song on the show, “To Make You Feel My Love.”

“That was gorgeous,” John told her. “Beautiful. This is such a difficult situation to be in to be singing against so many artists for one spot on the show. That could overwhelm so many people. I have been so proud to watch you excel on this show. America, you know what to do.”

Second, Kim took the stage with “All By Myself.”

“You have done it again in this moment where you had to fight for your position on this show last week and now you have to do it again,” John said. “You’re incredible, so moving. We talked about your insecurities, but I saw you power through that with courage, with excellent talent. America, Kim is incredible.”

The third semifinalist to perform was Justin, who chose “Made Away”

“That was amazing,” Gwen told him. “That was so powerful. I could see you were deeply in that song. I am so emotional now. I have been up all night praying for you. I think America watching you be so vulnerable, to watch you grow before our eyes, that’s been the greatest gift for everybody.”

The final performance of the night was “You and I” by Omar.

“I am stunned that you are in this position," John said. I am stunned that several of you are in this position this week, but you have stunned us with your ability to perform each week. Your voice is just incredible. If this is The Voice and we vote for people because of their voice, Omar is The Voice people.

Then voting was open and when the results were counted, Omar Jose Cardona was the fifth finalist for Season 22 of The Voice.

The Voice airs Monday and Tuesday nights at 8 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.
