Adults-only cruise line Virgin Voyages is making it easier to work from the high seas this summer with a new seasonal pass that comes with everything necessary for a WFH setup — plus a few extra perks.

The pass, called the Scarlet Summer Season Pass, is valid for a month-long journey on board the cruise line’s Scarlet Lady ship sailing across the Mediterranean Sea, according to the company. The pass starts at $9,990 for two people, which Virgin notes is a 30 percent savings off the cost of a typical cruise fare.

All Virgin Voyage cruises include WFH essentials like free Wi-Fi and drip coffee, but the pass also includes a $10 daily coffee credit per cabin for that extra espresso boost along with wash and fold laundry services so you look your best on Zoom calls.

Passholders can choose from four different cruises  in June, July, August, and September.

“If you’ve been wondering if your work-life balance could use a little more life, we have the voyage offer for you,” the company wrote in a statement. “Inspired by Richard Branson’s belief and track record that brilliant work is best paired with a hearty dose of fun, experience for yourself how four weeks exploring coastal towns in France, Spain, and Italy might be the exhilarating buoy you've been needing.”

When you’re not working, summer pass holders get early access to dining reservations and shore excursion bookings as well as access to Richard’s rooftop, a private outdoor deck typically reserved for suite guests. And to toast their summer office, Virgin will give pass holders a complimentary bottle of bubbly to welcome them aboard.

To secure a summer pass, travelers must fill out a form online and select the month they want to sail. The cruise line will then update the status of the requested booking within 72 business hours. Once booked, the pass is non-refundable.

Virgin Voyages, which was recently named one of the best cruise lines for 2024 by Travel + Leisure, first launched in 2021 with its debut ship, the Scarlet Lady. The company then expanded with its second ship, the Valiant Lady, before adding a third ship, the Resilient Lady.
