We've said it before and we'll say it again: The average person spends a third of their life in bed, so it's a pretty good idea to invest in your dream mattress. Especially if you like to partake in bed rotting. But fitness TikToker Maggie Voss took her setup to the next level and created "the comfiest bed on Earth. "I've invested my time and money into making sure my bed is as comfy as possible," she explains in a recent video. "Lots of my friends told me that naps they've taken in my bed are the best they've ever taken in their life."

Voss says she's broken her dream spread into a "science," starting with a cooling mattress topper and water-proof mattress pad. From there, she piled on a cooling sheet that came with her mattress topper and a fitted sheet. (Our editors recommend these Brooklinen sheets for maximum comfort.)

She adds: "You're probably wondering, 'Maggie, that's a lot of fitted pieces. How are you going to keep them all to stay on?'" She picked up a fitted sheet strap, which rests under her mattress and keeps her fitted sheets from wiggling off of her mattress. (As people whose fitted sheets often wiggle off the mattress, we have to say this is genius.) "It's one of my favorite things I've ever purchased for my bed," she says. A flat sheet, a quilt, some silk pillowcases later—and voilà! The perfect bed.

While many people went nuts for her setup—one commenter said that they were saving this post "for science"—others pointed out the elephant in the room: It's a lot of work. "An Olympic sport just to make your bed," one person said. "Girl, there is NO WAY you do this every week," another retorted. And, of course, a few viewers had opinions on everything from tucking in her flat sheet to wearing dirty socks in bed.

But above all else, everyone is low-key obsessed with her sheets straps and say they're "best things [they've] ever heard of." "I darted to Amazon for those fitted sheet straps," another mentioned. Though it requires some elbow grease to strap these on, one commenter said they're "worth every bit of inconvenience."After all, a good night full with cozy, uninterrupted sleep is priceless.
