Video Shows Intense San Francisco Winds Bringing Down Pieces of Trump-Owned Building

This update has us feeling like Chicken Little.

The Trump Tower was seen crumbling to pieces on Tuesday, March 14.

A video shared by TikTok user, Dronekoa caught pieces of the tower breaking off and falling into the street after major winds hit San Francisco.

"Trump building falling apart," he wrote over the video.

The intense clip caught the TikTok user filming from inside a building located next door to the Trump Tower as the glass windows began to shatter and fall into the streets of the city's Financial District.

"It's glass," a man stated who was filming behind the camera. "Oh my god, it's cracking! More is falling," he said while filming a piece of glass that looked like it was heading directly for him.

"Watch out, watch out. Back up, back up," he said, moving away from the window as the glass appeared to be coming towards the window he was looking out of.

"San Francisco wind breaking windows" the TikTok user captioned the video.

The video then cut to the TikTok user on the street as firefighters were seen attempting to control the situation.

"😳😳😳that’s scary 😧 imagine a piece of glass flying into your face at that speed !!!" one user wrote in the comments.

"Do you ever feel like a piece of glass drifting through the wind," another user quipped, referencing lyrics from Katy Perry's hit song, "Firework."

"I grew up on Final Destination movies. This is traumatizing lol 😳," a third user added.

Firefighters have reported that one window completely broke on the 43rd floor, while another window cracked, according to ABC7 News, a local San Francisco News Station.

"There is no way to tell if a rock or article hit the window but we have heard reports of people seeing things flying through San Francisco," Capt. Jonathan Baxter of the San Francisco Fire Department said.

Luckily, no one was hurt, but emergency crews took extra precautions and closed all nearby streets in case more glass fell from the building.
