Video: Ryan Decenzo's First Try Frontside 360 Down This Four Block Is Heavy

Ryan Decenzo's warm up tricks are all of our enders—let's just be honest. What we're seeing here is a true professional at work, who said, "Every once in a while the skate gods gift me a first try trick! Yesterday it was the ol faithful."

Doesn't matter if you're a teenager, sailing through your twenties or creeping through your thirties and beyond...the wear and tear that comes with jumping down stuff always catches up.

Yet somehow, that's hardly the case with Ryan Decenzo.

This dude is still putting out mind-blowing parts, still jumping down the hugest sets, gaps and rails, and is still pushing the limits—his own and just in general—on his board every single day. But I guess if this is your warm up, what would you expect?

David Gravette commented, "Aren’t you older than me!!" and I have to think that might've been the elephant in a few rooms. Decenzo only seems to be progressing with each passing year. Health is wealth! He must be doing something right in between bangers like this.

Let's just take a second to appreciate this moment right here. Props to Ryan for keeping the fire burning all these years! It clearly keeps the future bright.
