Victoria Beckham Gets a Head Start on Head-to-Toe White
Victoria Beckham just celebrated her 19th wedding anniversary with husband David (it’s on July 4th), but earlier today, the designer was spotted solo in Paris. Beckham has had a busy summer, thus far jetting into New York City briefly last month to speak at the Forbes’s Women’s Summit before heading back to Europe to first join eldest son Brooklyn at Kim Jones’s Dior Homme debut (Mr. Beckham wore a morning suit by the designer to the recent royal wedding) and then celebrate her curation of Sotheby’s Old Masters sale in London. And while Beckham has debuted lots of ensembles during this period—girlish separates in the front row, tailored twinning for London—today’s look married an ease and effortlessness with sculptural twists in head-to-toe white.
Beckham’s tailored shirt takes cues from traditional English tailoring and was a mannish foil to her fluid skirt. The free-flowing, maxi skirt benefited from Beckham’s masterful, minimal touch and featured a contrasting waistband for an elevated twist.
