Victoria Beckham Has a Cozy New Airport Look
Victoria Beckham is back in New York and marked her return to the city with a fresh new airport look. The British designer eschewed the strict tailoring and midi-length frocks she usually wears for the departures loung, in favor of a more louche look.
Beckham wrapped into a robe-style coat, a cozy alternative to the menswear-inspired crombies she’s worn in the past. The wide-lapel was a natty touch and the loosely tied knot gave a subtly nipped silhouette. She wore wide-leg, slouchy plaid trousers as a complement to the neutral coat, and the overall effect seemed to channel Faye Dunaway in her 1970s heyday. Naturally Beckham updated that idea with the requisite modern accessories: Céline shades and ladylike handbag.
