Victoria Beckham Allegedly Snubbed Brooklyn and Nicola at Paris Fashion Week
Time for an extremely !!! update on the alleged drama between the Peltz family and the Beckham family. Multiple sources tell The Daily Mail that there's still a ton of tension about what went down at the wedding, and now it looks like Nicola and Brooklyn are allegedly offended because Victoria didn't tell them about her upcoming Paris Fashion Week show.
But first, some new wedding info: aside from alleged drama about Nicola not wearing a Victoria Beckham design (which she denied), apparently Marc Anthony—a close friend of the Beckhams—gave a speech at the wedding which was all about Victoria.
"It was totally just an ode to Victoria and how awesome she is. Nicola loves to be the center of attention, especially on her wedding day. So this really, really pissed her off," a source said. "She stormed off in the middle of her wedding reception with [her sister] Brittany and her mom, and was crying her eyes out."
But another source claimed the issue was actually that Victoria "stole" Brooklyn and Nicola's first song—performed live by Marc for a mother-son dance.
"Nicola left the room because she and Brooklyn thought Marc was introducing them for a special dance to a love song the couple had chosen," the insider said. "But without any warning and at the request of Victoria, Marc switched it to a mother-son dance using the same song. Most of the guests could tell something off had happened. It was uncomfortable for the couple who were thinking it was to be a special moment for them."
"Brooklyn felt really bad because his mom just didn't give a shit. She thinks that Nicky's a spoiled brat," a source added. "He felt responsible."
Meanwhile, things have been somewhat tense at the Peltz house: "It's quite intimidating, the Peltz household. He's living on the property. They're living off her dad's coin. And there's Nelson's daughter completely pissed off and upset on her wedding day, and it was his parents' fault."
Amid all this drama, there's also alleged tension surrounding Paris Fashion Week. Apparently, Nicola and Brooklyn only found out Nicola was showing a collection through a magazine, which didn't go over well.
"Victoria didn't call Brooklyn and say, hey I'm having this show, we'd love to have you there. The first they found out about it was from Women's Wear Daily," a source said. "Nicola and Brooklyn have been [to every Paris Fashion Week] since they've been together. Victoria knows Nicola's gonna be there. She knows her son's gonna be there. All Victoria's shows have always been a family affair. Nicola and Brooklyn were just surprised and not expecting that. People close to Nicky have said that they think it's because Victoria's concerned that all of the attention will be on Nicola and Brooklyn, that they'll steal the thunder of the show."
Guess we'll see if Nicola and Brooklyn end up attending the show in a few weeks!
