Bush is in the process of divorcing her second husband, Grant Hughes, to whom she's been married for less than a year. A representative for Hughes told People that he bears no ill will toward his ex-wife. During a recent episode of The World’s First Podcast, which she hosts with her sister Sara Foster, Erin Foster—who dated One Tree Hill star Chad Michael Murray just before he started seeing his co-star, Sophia—claimed that the two CW stars had an affair prior to her relationship with Murray coming to an end. “I’ve moved on though,” she continued jokingly. “I’m over it. I mean, just barely. Just barely over it.”

In response, Bush's OTR costar Hilarie Burton wrote in an Instagram Story, "Ooof. Cringe. I got off my red eye flight home and multiple people had sent me this headline. As the person who had a front row seat then? This wasn’t it."

"We were all told you’d broken up which is why our guy was perusing [SIC] her," she continued. "Now this is being spun to make my sister look like a brazen harlot. And if she’s anyone’s harlot, it’s mine!"

Who else has Sophia Bush dated?

Jon Foster

Bush and Foster co-starred in the horror movie Stay Alive and dated from 2006 to 2007. A year after their split, Bush told Us Weekly, "We weren’t ready to get married, but it definitely doesn’t mean we don’t care about each other."

James Lafferty

Bush and Lafferty also co-starred on One Tree Hill. The two began dating in 2008 after she and Foster broke up. The pair hadn't publicly revealed their relationship status when their co-star (and Bush's ex-husband) Murray told a local CW affiliate of the situation, "It’s one of those things where you grow up a lot faster. You’re put in a situation where you’re gonna deal with things right in your face."

Lafferty and Bush broke up in 2009.

Austin Nichols

Bush and Nichols had an on-again, off-again relationship before he joined the cast of One Tree Hill in 2010, apparently in a bid to prove to her that he was serious about their relationship.

In May 2010, Bush told E! News, "We had so many years of history prior to him coming to work on the show and I think someone taking a job and moving their life across the country to show you how much they care is pretty much the most romantic gesture that a person could make."

Things didn't work out for the pair, and they ended up breaking up in 2012.

Dan Fredinburg

Bush and Fredinburg were first linked in 2013, and their relationship ended the following year. Tragically, Fredinburg was killed in an avalanche in Nepal in 2015. Bush honored his life on what would have been his 34th birthday in September of that year.
