Thanks to Kill Bill, back in the day, we were blessed to meet the Deadly Viper Assassination Squad – aka a super group of women (and Michael Madsen) whose sole job it was to literally kick ass.

And Vernita Green (Vivica A. Fox), codename Copperhead, was probably one of our favorite members of that Squad. She seemed to, more or less, have her priorities straight! But what about Vernita’s DAUGHTER, Nikkia “Nikki” Bell? The last time we saw Nikki she was left in a pretty grim situation (you know, what with her mom lying dead in a pile of “Kaboom” cereal).

Well, let’s flash forward 13 years later. Here’s what Nikki (IRL, Ambrosia Kelley) looks like now.

I was nominated by @fatimaisabell and @audrizzzay so now..

A side by side!

These days, Kelley is focused less on revenge and more on college. She’s even said that she’s actually interested in pursuing a medical degree.

However, if the stars align oh-so-perfectly we could one day see Kelley reprise the role of Nikki in a Kill Bill: Vol. 3 installment. Director Quentin Tarantino has spoken many times in the past about this idea. At last year’s Comic-Con Tarantino said, “Never say never, we’ll see, when it comes to Kill Bill 3. [Uma Thurman] would really like to do it, we talk about it every once in awhile or so — we’ve got to wait for Vernita’s daughter to get old enough to go and kill her.

Of course, this idea would align perfectly with the way things were left between the characters.

And we’ll be waiting, too! But until then, it looks like Kelley is having plenty of fun without a visit from Beatrix Kiddo. Congrats, girl!

Fishing was fun, but hanging out with you was better
