Vanna White recently caught a few unassuming fans by surprise with an unexpected "meet-and-greet" of sorts.

The longtime Wheel of Fortune co-host was out getting ice cream with her 29-year-old son, Nikko Santo Pietro, in Beverly Hills on Saturday, July 15, when she was spotted by a guide for the TMZ Celebrity Tour Bus.

Having no problem coming aboard, White apparently "jumped on the bus and had loads of fun" with the group of delighted passengers.

"You look amazing," one rider complimented, as the TV personality jokingly responded, "I would have dressed up if I knew I was gonna be in this situation."

White appeared in the very casual attire of a black blouse and white jeans in video footage from the occurrence, revealing that she opted for "gooey butter cake" ice cream when asked her choice of flavor.

The 66-year-old even invited her son to hop aboard, introducing him with, "This is my son, by the way," and signaling for him to come up after gaining verbal approval from the cameraperson, who warmly welcomed him onto the bus.

After being asked to "turn a letter," the host playfully declared, "I'm not working today!"

As Parade previously reported, a source who works at Sony TV allegedly told Puck News that the game show notable—who has been responsible for revealing the letters on the WOF board since 1982—is negotiating her contract, opening the possibility of her not returning to the broadcast after 2024, when Pat Sajak retires.

Though the tabloid did attempt to get a response from White on the rumors, as expected, she remained tight-lipped on her future plans.

"Are we gonna see you? Are you gonna stay on? Are you gonna be the host?" the interviewer inquired, to which Vanna simply laughed, stating, "It's time to say goodbye!" before turning to walk off the bus.

On June 27, it was announced that Ryan Seacrest had been tapped as the official next host for the long-running series beginning in season 42.

"It’s official! Starting in 2024 @ryanseacrest will take the stage as the new host of Wheel of Fortune. We're so excited - Welcome Ryan!" the show announced via Instagram earlier this summer.

As for if White will be returning, it looks like fans will just have to stay tuned to see the final results of the shake-up!
