Vanna White’s Sherman Oaks Home Is for Rent

Wheel of Fortune's iconic letter turner, Vanna White, and her longtime partner, builder and developer John Donaldson, recently put their modern Sherman Oaks, California, mansion on the rental market. According to Variety, the couple originally purchased the 2,994-square-foot home for $1.125 million in 2013, and spent a good deal of time, money, and effort renovating the then outdated midcentury home. They are currently looking to lease it out for $20,000 a month.

Presently, the stately contemporary consists of two stories, with the penthouse-style master suite occupying the entirety of the second floor, and three en suite guest bedrooms situated on the main level. The exterior is an impressive display of frosted glass (including the garage door) and rough-cut stone walls. Inside is a brightly lit, clean-lined foyer with a set of open-tread wood staircases that disappear up to the second floor. The main living area includes an open-floor plan made up of a combination living-dining area and a pristine white kitchen. One corner of the living space features floor-to-ceiling glass sliders that open out onto the outdoor patio, which boasts unobstructed canyon views. A modern, minimalistic fireplace anchors the space.

Each of the three ground-floor guest bedrooms features floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open out onto patio areas, while the upstairs master suite includes a wall of glass sliders that open out onto a private wraparound balcony. The master bathroom is spalike, with white-and-gray tiling, a sleek deep-soaking tub set under corner windows, a glass-fronted steam shower, and an adjoining walk-in closet with impressive built-in shelves and drawers. The backyard features yet more enviable amenities, including an infinity-edge swimming pool and spa, a built-in stone firepit with matching benches, and a grill and outdoor dining area ideal for alfresco dining.

In addition to the listed Sherman Oaks home, White owns a property situated in the mountains between Beverly Hills and Sherman Oaks, as well as a condo in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
