Vanna White has become a symbol of graceful aging, having matured in the public eye as a co-host of Wheel of Fortune since her mid-20s in 1982. Now, at 66, White is confident and proud of her aging skin and natural beauty, hoping to inspire others to feel comfortable with their changing features as well.

In a new interview with People Magazine, the former model expressed her appreciation for the wrinkles and fine lines on her face and body, having come to fully accept and embrace them.

“I don’t look like this without all this makeup,” she told the outlet. The mom of two went on: “But you know what? I am older and I accept my lines and wrinkles. Will I ever have plastic surgery? Maybe. But I’m kind of scared to do that. I’m not trying to look 30 years old again because I’m not.”

Vanna White Embraces Wrinkles And Natural Aging In New Interview

White shared that while she hasn't completely ruled out the possibility of undergoing plastic surgery, she does harbor some reservations and anxieties about it. Her primary focus isn't on appearing "younger," as she believes the authentic signs of aging possess their own unique allure. "I think wrinkles are beautiful," White continued. "Someone who is completely with no lines, they don't have any character." She then urged fans to always "be natural, be yourself and have personality."

During tapings for the beloved game show, White said that she always wears "heavy makeup," but in her personal life and when off-duty, she prefers a much lighter approach. "When I'm not working, it's kind of nice to not have to wear full makeup," she noted. "I just feel more natural when I'm not working and wearing heavy makeup. I'm not complaining about it, by the way. I like to be glam. Heavy makeup is good, so is light makeup." White also shared details of her latest collaboration with beauty brand Laura Geller.

Fans now have access to a variety of new products such as a stunning eyeshadow palette, a timeless red lipstick, and a high-quality face primer, all adorned with packaging designs inspired by Wheel of Fortune.

Geller, the founder of the makeup brand that specializes in products for mature skin, praised White as the ideal partner for promoting her latest items. "Me and my team are massive fans of Wheel of Fortune and everybody loves Vanna. I mean, my God, everyone is just obsessed with her. To this day, I still watch Wheel of Fortune," she dished to People.

Geller added: "We knew that this would be the perfect alignment for us and for Vanna. Truly, she just represents natural beauty. She represents us and embodies our mission perfectly — that women don't disappear after 40. They just don't."

White not only talked about makeup, but also delved into the topic of skincare for aging skin. She told the publication: "When you're young, it's like, 'Oh, I have my whole life,' and you don't think about it. As I'm getting older, I want to take care of my skin. I want to look the best I can."

As the 41st season of Wheel of Fortune is currently underway, White remains a co-host and letter turner, a position she has held for over four decades. Her arrival came a year after Pat Sajak began his hosting tenure. However, this season will be the final run for Sajak as he is scheduled to retire after filming concludes.

As the show prepares to welcome Ryan Seacrest as its new host next fall, White is slated to continue as the co-host and is contractually committed to remaining with the show until the 2025-26 season.
