‘Vanderpump Rules’ Lala Kent Slams Tom Sandoval Again But for a New Reason

Lala Kent slammed Tom Sandoval in a new text post, and this time, it has nothing to do with his cheating scandal.

The 33-year-old reality star took to her Instagram Story with a shame-inducing message directed at her Vanderpump Rules cast mate on Wednesday, Jan. 3, after he shared a controversial video of himself while visiting a zoo in Thailand.

The clip, which has since been deleted and re-posted on Instagram by fan accounts, showed the 40-year-old seated on the ground while two zoo employees fed and propped a massive tiger on Sandoval's back.

"I am appalled by the photo my cast member took with a tiger in captivity. This topic has been close to my heart for many years. What is disguised as 'fun' and 'cool' is, in fact, animal abuse," she wrote. "It's heartbreaking."

Kent added, "I've made noise about educating yourselves & here to tell you again...Do not support places like this."

Kent isn't the only star of VPR to call out Sandoval's decision. James Kennedy also bashed his cast mate over the post.

"I would never go to a place like this …… Let them all run free !! 🐅 ❤️ always found this cruel and so sad," he wrote under the re-posted video shared by fan page PumpRules.

In a separate comment, Kennedy, 31, followed up with an even harsher critique of Sandoval, writing, "Just a Worm 🪱 without a mustache now 🤦‍♂️……. 😂."

Fans of the series have also called on the show's frontrunner and executive producer, Lisa Vanderpump—who is a major animal rights activist—to issue a statement condemning Sandoval's latest actions. As of writing, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum has not addressed the concerns.
