Did Vanderpump Rules' Ariana Madix Actually Move Out of Her and Tom's Home?

Ariana Madix is ready to leave the Scandoval behind. Well, sort of. After an explosive post-season reunion—which chronicles the affair between Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss, Madix's former partner and friend—the Vanderpump Rules star was spotted carrying boxes out of the home she shared with Sandoval. (Madix even posted a selfie with her boxes on her Instagram stories with the caption, "Ready to dip out.")

Despite what it looks like, Madix isn't moving out quite yet. The Vanderpump Rules shared that the pseudo-move was actually for some sponsored content. That said, a change of residence is inevitable...and for good reason.

Back in 2019, Madix and Sandoval purchased a modern farmhouse in the San Fernando Valley for $2.075 million. (The 4,453-square-foot space had all of the bells and whistles such as a study, built-in grilling station, and pool with a spa and water feature.)

But while the San Fernando Valley home was once the Vanderpump Rules couple's love nest, it also played a major role in the Scandoval of it all. While on an episode of the podcast "Call Her Daddy," Madix revealed that Sandoval and Leviss got...erm, intimate in the home's driveway—while she was fast asleep inside the house. (To add insult to injury, Madix points out that this rendezvous happened right after her beloved dog passed away.)

While leaving any home is a bittersweet experience, Madix has sights on expanding her real-estate portfolio. "I really want to sell the house," Madix shares on a recent episode of The View. "I really want to be a homeowner on my own after this, and so that is my goal." (Did we mention that Sandoval is still living in their formerly shared home? Awkward.)
