Redditors were stunned by his Valheim player's 1:1 recreation of the Millennium Falcon: 'How do you even acquire such skill?'

A Valheim player built a 1:1 version of the Millennium Falcon in-game, to the great admiration of their peers.

Valheim is a Viking-influenced survival game that’s been wildly popular on Twitch. Players spawn into a fantastical world based on Norse mythology where they must gather resources to build strongholds, weapons and tools for surviving in the harsh land.

So of course, some Valheim players have already undertaken some epic projects. One such player has been busy crafting the Millennium Falcon, the signature ship of Han Solo and Chewbacca in Star Wars.

Reddit user Colonel-James-Parker posted a video of the ship on the /r/Valheim subreddit where it received unanimous acclaim.

“This is absolutely beautiful,” a Reddit user wrote.

“And here I am,” another Redditor wrote. “Struggling with a simple bridge over a small river.”

“OMG, y’all crazy how do you even acquire such skill?” yet another commenter marveled. “I built like a… Chimney.”

“Wow….” another wrote. “I’m never posting a picture of my little two-story houses again.”

The massive ship is lined with a series of green flame torches to simulate the Falcon’s sunlight drive exhaust and there’s even a bridge that leads inside to reveal a fully furnished bedroom, crafting stations, storage room, dining area and of course, the cockpit.

Colonel-James-Parker describes the construction as a longship. When responding to a commenter who asked for footage of the Viking starship in motion, Colonel-James-Parker said that their Falcon was originally supposed to be built on water.

Unfortunately, the threat of trolls kept that from happening.

“Yeah I was thinking about building this in shallow water but every suitable place I found was around close to Black Forest,” Colonel-James-Parker responded. “So I didn’t want any troll company while I work lol.”

Even if Colonel-James-Parker’s Millennium Falcon can’t travel on water (yet), you have to put some respect on them.

After all, this is the ship that made the Kessel run in less than 12 parsecs.
