Time and time again, Valerie Bertinelli makes us laugh with her various collection of TikTok videos. Her latest one did elicit some chuckles, but it also caused fans to reach out to the Food Network star. The reason: a filter featured on the app.
On July 5, the Kids Baking Championship cohost took to the social media platform to try out a filter that was supposed to guess her age. With The King Khan & BBQ Show's song "Love You So" playing in the background, the actress excitedly awaited to see what number she would get. While she nodded her head back-and-forth in rhythm with the catchy song, folks noticed she looked absolutely stunning without a stitch of makeup.
In the end, the filter determined Valerie's age was 26 and she laughed into the camera, ending the clip with a funny face. "🤪," she simply captioned the TikTok.
By the looks of it, the Valerie's Home Cooking author found the filter's estimate amusing as she laughed about the whole event. It was also evident that her fans enjoyed watching the snippet. Some folks even jumped to her defense over the number the TikTok filter landed on.
"I have to be honest when I see you, I still see the girl from my favorite TV show! You look amazing, beautiful inside and out 🥰," wrote one fan, referencing Valerie's role as Barbara Cooper Royer on One Day at a Time. "It doesn't matter [because] u look fabulous," commented another. And one fan went for the hard hitting question: "How do you stay so pretty without makeup, what’s your secret?"
