Urban Decay Just Dropped Its Holiday Gift Sets, and We Literally Want Everything

There are two things you can count on when Urban Decay announces its holiday collection: some of the brand's iconic products will be wrapped up in ready-to-gift sets, and there will be a few new never-before-seen shades that will be on all makeup lovers' wish list. This year is no exception, made apparent by Urban Decay's announcement of its 2019 gift collection, which is full of well-known staples and covetable future favorites.

Let's start with what you're more likely to buy for yourself than someone else: the new stuff. Pictured above, Sweet Little Vices ($25) is a set that comes with four new mini limited-edition shades in three flavors; two are honey, and the other two are cherry and cinnamon. The colors — Red Hot, Bing, California Honey, and Keep Tame — align with the collections they're inspired by, and the finish range from sheer to matte to metallic, all of which promise smooth, non-dragging application.

Perhaps the most exciting new launch in Urban Decay's holiday collection is the new palette (of course). The Party Favor Moondust Palette ($29) is perfect for anyone who loves glitter but prefers more neutral shades. The six new shades include pearlescent and shimmering shades — Neon Moon, Sugar High, No Shame, Spaced, Long Night, and Powder Trip — that include "microfine bits of iridescent sparkle and 3D metallics for a luxe, diamond-like effect," the brand says. And thanks to the built-in mirror, it's ready to follow you around to any holiday party and beyond.

Sure to sell out this year is the Honey Pot Set ($59), a nod to this year's new Naked Honey collection. It includes a six-pan Mini Honey Eyeshadow Palette, the Honey editions of the Eyeshadow Primer Potion and All Nighter Makeup Setting Spray, and 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Amber.

The rest of the collection is essentially a greatest-hits album, with recent faves and indisputable classics like the Heavy Dose All Nighter Duo ($42), which comes with two All Nighter Setting Sprays — one to keep and one to give away (or not). Another duo, the Seeking Sugar Duo ($29), includes Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner in Midnight Cowboy and Perversion Mascara, because you know you run through those two products faster than you care to admit. The Holiday Hall of Fame ($39) also contains Perversion Mascara, along with the Original Eyeshadow Primer Potion and Perversion 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil.

And for tiny treats that perfect for people on your list you don't know too well — but know well enough to know they'll appreciate an Urban Decay gift — there are adorable ornaments: a limited-edition Honey shade of Eyeshadow Primer Potion ($24), and All Nighter Setting Sprays in the original and honey-scented varieties ($15 each).
