Any diehard sports fan knows that the first rule to liking a team is to dislike their rival. Almost every team has a rival if not more than one. As a Philadelphia Eagles fan, I cannot stand the Dallas Cowboys. It’s one of the first things I learned as a kid from my Dad. And you’d be surprised to learn that parents don’t just teach their children this, but their pets as well.

At least the University of Washington Husky learned to not like opposing teams. In this September 21 TikTok video, which was shared by @uwathletics, someone is asking the dog if he would accept a treat from different mascots. The result will blow you away.

This is absolutely EVERYTHING! I never thought about teaching my dog this trick so he doesn't take treats from Cowboys fans, but thank goodness I saw this clip. I will definitely teach him now because otherwise, I would've never lived it down if he accepted a treat from my biggest rival. LOL!

One TikToker wrote, "He's like, 'Why is the human asking such stupid questions?'" LOL! This dog must've been born with University of Washington blood in him. He knew from day one never to accept a treat from all these other mascots. Once in the UDub fam, always in the UDub fam.

I'm honestly so surprised this Husky dog showed so much restraint when being presented with dog treats. My dog is very food motivated so any time a treat is in sight, he's all over it. The one good thing I did teach him is how to take a treat gently and I highly recommend every dog owner teach their fur baby this trick as well.
