University of Arkansas hosts ‘Spring Art Market’

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — A Spring Art Market will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, May 4 according to a news release from the University of Arkansas.

The event is to support undergraduate and graduate students by letting the public view and purchase students’ artwork.

“While this event provides students with a new revenue opportunity, it also further develops their entrepreneurship skills as upcoming artists and designers,” the release states.

The public can see the different art mediums of ceramics, drawings, paintings, printmaking and photography at Studio and Design Center, 696 Praxis Ln.
