Green Eggs and Ham has been a classic book for decades, with new generations of kids falling in love with the tale of a grumpy guy who just didn't want to expand his palate and a guy named Sam who kinda-sorta-totally bullied him into it. But an eatery at Universal Orlando based off of the tale has been kind of abandoned for years—until now.

The Green Eggs and Ham Café, which is located in Universal Studio’s Seuss Landing, has re-opened with a holiday themed menu, according to People. Until recently, the café had been closed since 2015.

While the café serves green eggs and ham in the form of Green Eggs and Ham tots (which are scrambled with herbs to make them green), you can also get all kinds of Dr. Seuss-themed grub at the stand in December, according to the menu posted online.

That includes Who Hash (a can of tater tots with peppers, onions, corned beef, and cheddar a la How the Grinch Stole Christmas; buffalo chicken and pizza tots; and a s’mores Nutella dessert. The latter doesn't seem to have any connection to Dr. Seuss or Green Eggs and Ham, but there's always room for s'mores.

The eatery only has one review online, but it’s a good one: “The Who Hash is so good, I understand why The Grinch took the last can of it. We'll be back for s'mores!” the reviewer wrote.

Universal hasn’t revealed whether the Green Eggs and Ham café will be open after the holidays, or if this was just a seasonal roll-out. So…get your Green Eggs and Ham tots while you can, just in case!
