Unique Cyndi Lauper cover on 'The Voice' the first to crack iTunes Top 100 this season

On 'The Voice' Monday night, Miley Cyrus had 16-year-old Addison Agen and 20-year-old Karli Webster do a slowed-down, dramatic version of Cyndi Lauper's happy-go-lucky, "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun." The unique performance of the 1985 classic was so good it became the first to break into the iTunes Top 100 this season. All of the coaches loved the dramatic performance. Adam Levine said it was "amazing" while Blake Shelton said, "It was like two sad girls that really wished they were having fun." But both girls did end up having fun because after Miley picked Karli as the winner, Addison got stolen. Adam and Jennifer Hudson both attempted to steal Addison, and JHud wasn't too pleased about it. Jennifer wasn't happy because Adam was the only other coach to turn for Addison in the Blind Auditions, and this time she didn't pass up the opportunity to join Team Adam. But don't feel too bad for JHud, she ended up stealing another one of Miley's team members. While Addison and Karli's performance was soft and subtle, Katrina Rose and Janice Freeman's performance was as far away from soft and subtle as you could be. The ladies brought everything they had to the stage for a powerful performance of "W.O.M.A.N." by Etta James, and it did not go unnoticed by the coaches. "It's amazing to see, you know music does possess us, some more than others -- Katrina," Adam jokingly told the ladies. Miley ended up picking Janice as the winner, but before Katrina could tell the coaches goodbye, JHud pushed her steal button. And with both women still in the competition, there will, surely, be more fierce performances to come.
