Burgess, 43, is best known for playing Titus Andromedon on the comedy series alongside Ellie Kemper as Kimmy Schmidt. He has received five Primetime Emmy Award nominations for the role. He is also known for his work on Dolemite Is My Name, Set It Up, I Hate Kids and more.

Burgess has also hosted shows, including Dishmantled and Sing On! and has experience voicing characters, including roles on Central Park, Smurfs: The Lost Village and The Angry Birds Movie, among others.

According to Netflix, Burgess will join the Teletubbies on "wonder-filled adventures as they learn and grow in this 21st century refresh of the beloved preschool series."

Netflix also promises that "each episode includes new, original 'Tummy Tales' songs that will have the entire family dancing along!"

Teletubbies—which originally aired in the 90s—is among a slew of children's TV shows being rebooted, including Peacock's CGI version of Caillou, and Nickelodeon's new Blue's Clues redo, Blue's Clues & You.

The Teletubbies reboot is also part of Netflix's slate of new preschool series debuting in the coming months, which includes Spirit Rangers, premiering in October, and Princess Power, coming in 2023.

Catch Netflix's premiere of the Teletubbies reboot on Friday, November 14.
