  • Mindy Kaling is out here kicking butt and taking names this summer—and that goes for her fashion picks, too.

  • The actress, 43, is bringing all the heat in a new IG post that shows her wearing a bra top and high-slit skirt that put her toned abs and arms on display.

  • Mindy is all about the slow jogs, and will keep a 10 to 11-minute pace for three to four miles at a time.

When you feel good in an incredible outfit, it’s practically your civic duty to share it with the world. And Mindy Kaling knows the deal.

The actress dropped several pics of herself in a stunning black and white bra top and high-slit skirt combo, looking all kinds of amazing. Mindy’s abs are ultra-toned, her legs are strong, and she just looks so confident.

“🎶 I didn’t peak in high school, I’m still out here getting cuter 🎶,” she wrote in the caption, quoting Lil Nas X’s song, “Industry Baby.”

Mindy, 43, told SELF last year that she’s the “healthiest I’ve ever been,” noting that she’s “funnier, more focused, and centered when I incorporate movement into my life.” Mindy made it very clear that she used to hate working out.

“In my 20s, I thought working out was only effective if it was very punishing, you hated it, and it was kind of solitary. And you had to look a certain way after doing it,” she said. But Mindy eventually realized that exercise “doesn’t have to be this thing where I was sedentary the whole day and then I had an hour of a burst of activity.”

Now, Mindy says, she’ll go for a walk while talking on the phone and log up to four miles a day, and throw other forms of exercise into the mix like running, weight training, yoga, group fitness classes, and using the elliptical. “I refuse to let it get monotonous,” she said.

But Mindy told Shape that her go-to workout is jogging three to four miles a couple of times a week, usually with a 10- or 11-minute mile time.

In an interview with Women’s Health, Mindy said that she eats “everything,” adding, “I think I’m the only person in L.A. without dietary restrictions.” That might mean having a green smoothie and eggs for breakfast (she’s a big fan of huevos rancheros, BTW), sushi or a turkey sandwich for lunch, and pizza or fish for dinner.

"I always have dessert. Like, it’s a non-negotiable," Mindy says. "Between what people who come to my house bring, I feel like we always have little treats and sweets around."

Overall, Mindy said she’s learned to have a healthy approach to her body and fitness routine.

"I love to eat at restaurants, I love to eat home cooking, and I don't like restricting my diet," she told Shape. "And [now] I'm like, as long as I'm getting enough nutrients and feeling like my heart and my lungs are really getting exercise, I don't really beat myself up about that."
