Martha Stewart is living her *very* best life lately, and she isn't showing signs of slowing down any time soon. Case in point: The 82-year-old A-lister posed for a Sports Illustrated Swim cover this year, and she regularly posts thirst traps on Instagram.

The latest post features Martha posing like a model in a slinky silver Andrew Yu dress that shows off her seriously toned legs. The pics feature Martha giving the camera a look while flashing miles of sculpted legs, followed by Martha making a kissy face as she gives her best supermodel pose.

“Fun to dress up every now and then,” she wrote in the caption. Aaand people completely bugged out in the comments. “You skipped the entree and went right to dessert oh my lord,” one person wrote. “Remind ‘em Martha,” another said.

Between pics of some serious food porn and other shots of Martha looking toned all over, her Instagram feed is truly epic. Here's Martha giving a total Breakfast at Tiffany’s vibe:

And, of course, who could forget these Sports Illustrated pics?

Now, if all these thirst traps have you wondering what Martha does to get so strong, you're certainly not alone. And the answer is: She actually has a full schedule in the health and wellness department. Recently, Martha casually dropped video of herself totally crushing it in a Pilates class with a pal, doing leg lifts on The Reformer like a pro.

“This is what the real housewives of Bedford are doing at 7:30 on a Sunday morning,” she wrote in the caption. (BTW, "Bedford" is referencing Bedford, New York, where she has a farm.)

Morning Pilates is a regularly schedule thing for Martha—she previously told Women’s Health that she usually leaves her house by 6:15 a.m. for a Pilates class three times a week.

Martha also loves horseback riding, a workout that’ll give you a seriously toned booty and thighs, and she regularly makes use of her home gym.

Working on her farm also keeps Martha active, she told Women's Health. "I'm a micromanager. It's a major problem," she said. "Just getting around from place to place on the farm and making sure the gardening is being done and the animals are taken care of [is a lot of exercise]."

Of course, Martha eats well (because this is Martha Stewart I'm talking about). She told WH that she has about an acre’s worth of produce on her New York property, where she grows everything from spinach to peas and herbs.

"I'm growing massive broccoli," she said. "I've never had such beautiful vegetables ever, ever. I am so proud of it."

In the mornings, Martha likes to kick off her day with a green juice—which is usually made with spinach, celery, parsley, cucumber, and a little bit of ginger and orange—along with a cappuccino. Breakfast is often homemade Greek yogurt with honey, or oats and a bowl of skim milk. She usually grabs food from a Japanese restaurant for lunch, like oshinko (pickled veggies), oshitashi (spinach salad), miso soup, and sushi.

During a “What I Eat in a Day” video for Harper’s Bazaar, Martha also shared that dinner might be something like roasted chicken with green beans and a salad, or a rack of lamb.

Love the dress, Martha! You go, girl.
