  • Tracee Ellis Ross dropped a sultry bedroom pic on Instagram wearing just a bra, underwear, and tights while lounging on top of the sheets.

  • In the pic, it's hard to miss how all-over sculpted Tracee is, from her legs to her peek of abs in the bra.

  • Tracee loves posting her workouts on her Instagram.

It's hot outside, and Tracee Ellis Ross is taking it easy in the heat, posting evidence of her sultry, slow, summer night on Instagram. Relaxing in bed has never looked so glamorous!

Not only does the 50-year-old actress look totally chic in just a bra, underwear and tights, but she is clearly very strong these days, too. I mean, her legs are mega-toned as she lies back, and her peek of abs are next-level strong. Tracee actually didn't even caption the snap, it was *that* good. So, of course, her followers, friends, and fans were quick to take notice and praise the Girlfriends star. “Cozy 🔥🔥🔥,” commented Sheree Whitfield from the Real Housewives of Atlanta. “Alright now… You hit every vibe 📸💯,” added another follower.

If you’re curious how Tracee keeps those long legs so strong and her core so toned, you’ve come to the right place. Women’s Health has some answers to those big health and wellness questions. For starters, Tracee is a big fan of the Tracy Anderson Method, which is a workout that uses small movements and lighter weights to tone your muscles. And based on Tracee’s videos from the studio, the workouts look pretty darn intense.

In one clip, set to "Cuff It" by Beyoncé, Tracee does arm work with bands, as well as kickbacks and squats for a full body burn. Leg lifts and holds seem to be a big part of Tracee’s workouts too, which makes sense since the sessions put a big focus on core strengthening moves and balance. Case in point: Tracee flaunted her superhuman core strength by holding her leg up behind her for a *very* long time.

By the way, Tracee also seems to love doing Gyrotonic Method workouts, which are supposed to help the mind and body. “Opening up physically can also mean opening up emotionally or vice versa. The practice of growing and healing is holistic for me. It happens by allowing vulnerability and I utilize many different modalities and practices,” Tracee shared under a video of her working out.

When it comes to her diet, Tracee has stayed pretty mum these, but you've got to imagine she makes sure to get all the good nutrients in there for those intense sweat seshes. Back in 2016, she told People that she liked "simple, whole foods" and tried to eat the way she lives, which meant "joyfully." Of course, she also made sure to stay super hydrated.

I, for one, love to see Tracee living her best life!! Keep doing you, girl!
