  • Noah Cyrus shared a pic of herself in a sweatsuit on her Instagram story, flaunting her toned abs.

  • The singer hasn't shared a lot about her workouts or diet, but it seems that she loves staying active by riding horses and spending time in nature.

  • She is also candid about her mental health, opening up about her recent Xanax addiction and recovery.

Noah Cyrus is booked and busy. Between rocking some edgy fashion looks like a nipple-baring naked dress and dropping her new album, The Hardest Part, I truly don't know how she does it all.

Well, it seems like she's finally relaxing a bit and taking some time to chill in sweatpants, as she should.

The "I Burned LA Down" singer shared a snap of herself on her Instagram story in a cozy matching sweatsuit by COLORS, pulling up the sweatshirt to show off a peek of her ultra-toned abs. Since her core is so sculpted, it's clear that Noah is super strong all over.

Wondering how Noah stays so toned? Well, she hasn't spilled too much about her fitness routine, but one hobby that keeps her active is riding horses. In fact, she was training to ride horses in the Olympics in 2013, she told Teen Vogue.

Noah also recently shared a video of herself on TikTok riding her horse, Comet:

Outside of that, Noah is all about spending time in nature, walking and maybe even hiking. She recently shared a clip on TikTok of a woodsy hike she took with her dog and fiancé, Pinkus:

And Noah is always game for a good TikTok dance to keep her body moving:

Focusing on her mental health is also important to the 23-year-old singer. Noah dealt with a Xanax addiction at the end of her teenage years, and is focusing on her recovery.

“My boyfriend at the time, when I was 18, was the first person that gave me a Xanax, and it became a way for us to bond,” Noah told Rolling Stone in 2022. “Once I felt that it was possible to silence things out for a second and numb your pain, it was over.”

For Noah, music is a healing outlet. "Every day is work when it comes to your mental health and personal battles. not every day is going to be hell and not every day is going to be perfect. i'm still figuring that out," she wrote on her Instagram, per People.

She also enjoys cooking. Noah even made a pretty chef-y meal recently alongside her mom, Tish, for Fuse's Made From Scratch cooking show.

The filet mignon with truffle salt and extra virgin olive oil, plus, sweet potatoes and broccolini, looks delicious:

Additionally, Noah loves a salad, and shared a funny video of herself doing an iconic "salad shake" on TikTok:

Love it, Noah!
