  • Leni Klum attended her mother Heidi's Halloween party in a Strawberry Shortcake lingerie costume, and her abs are seriously sculpted in a new photo.

  • The model hasn't spoken a ton about her workout routine or diet, but she has shared that she loves Pilates.

  • Food-wise, she ate lots of homecooked meals made by her mom growing up.

When your mother is Heidi Klum, a.k.a., the queen of Halloween, the pressure is on to put together an epic costume. Luckily, Leni Klum rose to the challenge with an adorable Strawberry Shortcake costume that put her seriously sculpted abs on full display.

The 19-year-old model rocked a hot pink wig and a matching frilly pink bra and underwear set to her mother’s iconic annual Halloween party. Leni paired the lingerie with thigh-high stockings and, of course, a carton of strawberries. It was the perfect Halloween look, and she's totally strong all over.

While her costume is outstanding, Leni's chiseled abs totally steal the show in this photo. If you're wondering what she does to get so toned, fear not—Women’s Health has answers.

Leni is definitely following in her mother’s supermodel footsteps and even landed her own cover of Harper’s Bazaar Germany in April 2022, where she spilled some of her beauty and wellness secrets, per Page Six.

She’s a big fan of Pilates, a low-impact workout that strengthens the whole body, from your core, to your glutes, to your arms. This workout—which is lightly based on dance—probably feels comfortable for Leni.

She has been dancing since she was a little girl, and even trained with the Abby Lee Dance Company. (Yup, the studio from Dance Moms!) Leni's time there elevated her modeling skills, Heidi told People. “There, you have to learn really hard routines, and you have to dance in front of all the judges," she said.

Heidi also shared that she often cooked for her family (rather than eating out) when her kids were young, according to ET. “When you eat out a lot or order food in a lot, it kind of gets a little tricky because you don't know what people are putting in there,” she shared.

It’s unclear if Leni has carried this love of homecooked meals into adulthood, but one thing's for sure, the girl loves chips:

Relatable—I love it, Leni!
