  • The 38-year-old also kinda totally looked like Taylor Swift in the pics because she was rocking some new, clip-on bangs.

  • Khloé likes doing 90-minute workouts that include strength and cardio segments.

Khloé Kardashian's latest magazine cover shoot can be summed up with one emoji: 🔥. The reality star and mom of two, 38, has been sharing pics from her Sorbet magazine spread, including a series of pics of herself decked out in a Prada look that put her sculpted abs on full display.

Khloé donned a cropped white tank top, gold miniskirt, and an edgy metal armband in the pics while also debuting a totally new look: Taylor Swift-esque clip-on bangs.

"Fun fact: I wore clip on bangs for this shoot. It was fun to give a different look and not be committed. I am surprised with how much I liked the bangs even though they changed the shape of my face. Would you ever get bangs?" she captioned the post.

And her famous followers and friends are obsessed with the new look. Paris Hilton commented, "😍🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥," and her mom Kris Jenner wrote, "I’ll have what she’s having!!! ❤️." Former RHONY castmate Carole Radziwill wrote, "I got clip-ons too. Love them. 😏."

If you're wondering how she gets those rock-solid abs, the first thing to know is that Khloé goes hard in the gym. She shared with Women's Health that she hits a sweat sesh first thing in the morning. "I'm a morning workout type of girl," she says. "My ideal time if I could pick would be a 10 a.m. workout. Realistically, I work out around 6 a.m., which means I get up at five and I'm downstairs by 5:30 a.m. I work out and then I wake my daughter up at 7 a.m."

If you're wondering what, exactly, she does in the gym, the star shared her routine with WH, too. The workout itself is a mix of cardio and strength for a total of 90 minutes. Khloé starts with a warmup before starting in with her big workout. "I go in about 30 minutes prior, and I do stretching and some cardio warm-ups," she says. "Then, I'm ready for my full hour."

"Every day is different, working different body parts," she said. "Whatever circuit training we're doing that builds muscle, in between I do either jump-roping, use the Hydrow rower, or the stair climber to get my heart rate going. It's conditioning your heart to make sure your heart is strong and it's a good way to burn calories."

When it comes to those abs, Khloé says it's "really just about consistency," adding, "I don't think it's about doing anything too intricate. You have to just do it every single day." Her go-to for abs-targeted moves include a stability ball situp, Dragonflies (also called dragon flags), and abs roller/wheel work.

Khloé has also worked with celeb trainer Gunnar Peterson, who shared that Khloe's work ethic is "second to none," adding, “the drive, the determination, and the execution are something I wish I could bottle and pass out to people as they walked in the gym.”

For Khloé, it's not just about the physical benefits of working out.

"What I do now is so much about my mental health," she tells Women's Health. "I'm in such a good place—physically I feel so strong and I'm so proud of my fitness journey. It's taken years but I'm proud of where I am today. It's not about an aesthetic at this point. It's about mentally feeling really great. I love the way I feel."

As for her fitness goals? For Khloe, it's all about consistency.

"My fitness goals are focused on competing with myself," she says. "It's about being consistent. I have to give myself this hour and a half, and it changes my whole day."

Preach it, Khloé!
