Jennifer Lopez has made a name for herself as one of the strongest celebs in Hollywood. And this week, the "Dear Ben" singer, 54, hit the red carpet at the ELLE Women in Hollywood Awards alongside her husband Ben Affleck to prove just how strong she actually is. For the event, the actress wore an abs-bearing Grace Ling chrome breastplate (which showed off a bit of her underboob) paired with a high-waisted black skirt. And let me be the first one to tell you that it was not hard to notice how totally sculpted her core is.

J.Lo shared her red carpet looks on Instagram, captioning the post, "Elle Women in Hollywood 2023 📷 @gettyentertainment."

Of course, her look got tons of love and comments from her famous followers. J. Lo's personal trainer Tracy Anderson commented, "🔥🔥🔥🖤🖤🖤", while stylist Brad Goreski added, "Mother is mothering ❤️." Another fan summed up our thoughts exactly: "Girl those obliques 🔥🔥🔥 killing the game!😍😍."

Jennifer's workout is not for the faint of heart. One of her personal trainers, Dodd Romero, told Oprah Daily that the actress and singer works out four to five days a week for at least an hour at a time. He also spilled her exact abs workout, which includes: 50 hanging ab raises, 50 rope crunches, 50 incline sit ups with a 45 pound plate, followed by 35 reps of everything, and then 21 reps of the series. Talk about turning up the heat!

Another trainer who has worked with Jen, David Kirsch, spilled even more details to Vogue about her dedicated fitness routine. “We mix some cardio, plyometrics, full-body, core and lower body into her workouts—they are very, very intense and she takes it very seriously, which is exciting for someone like me. You say, ‘we’re going to do this’, and she’s like, ‘great!’” he told the magazine. “Her workouts are fast-paced. She’s very focused and high energy.”

With all those intense workouts and a very busy schedule, J.Lo makes sure she fuels her body properly. She tends to stick to organic food for the most part. "She needs really good fuel for all the things that she’s doing," her trainer Tracy Anderson told People. "It’s all organic and it’s all very well thought out, with the balance of very high quality proteins and a lot of nutrient-dense food."

Jennifer’s personal chef, Kelvin Fernandez, told US Weekly that she stocks her fridge with things like sparkling water, eggs, turkey bacon, and plenty of fruits and veggies. “There’s always greens like spinach, cucumber, and celery to make green juice,” he said.

Of course, J.Lo doesn't skip dessert, and is a big fan of chocolate chip cookies. "I have a famous chocolate chip cookie that I eat, this cookie dough that I love," she told People. "I call it 'J-dough.'"

The secret? Her chocolate chip cookies "have to be fresh out the oven, and they have to have a little bit of salt, the special kind of chocolate," she said, adding, "It's amazing."
