• The model dropped some photos and a video of herself absolutely rocking a swimsuit, and showing off her abs for the world to see.

ICYMI, supermodel Claudia Schiffer just turned 53, and she celebrated in a big way. The supermodel shared a video on Instagram of herself hanging out with a butterfly while working a patchwork string swimsuit, accessorized with her mega-sculpted abs and toned legs.

“Celebrating in Greek paradise, featuring a special friend who came to wish me happy birthday 🥰🦋,” she wrote in the caption. Her friends and fans got busy wishing her a very happy birthday in the comments, and leaving her lots of fun emojis, too.

Claudia is clearly super strong, glowy, and confident right now. And I can't be the only one wondering what this star does to stay active. Well, luckily, Women's Health has done some sleuthing and has some insights for you.

For starters, Claudia previously told Net-a-Porter that she loves going for long walks in the country with her dogs. “But, recently, I’ve started working out with my girlfriends, doing everything from cardio to yoga or tennis,” she said. “Every day, we do something new, which makes it fun.”

Claudia's dedication to exercise isn't just for herself. She told Another magazine that it’s important to her to “be as healthy as possible” for her family. “I work out by doing something different every day, from tennis or a yoga class, to a 15-minutes abs class online or walking on the treadmill for an hour while watching a movie,” she said.

Claudia also shared that she sticks to Bamford’s organic beauty products and, to chill out, she likes to take Epsom salt baths, meditate using the Calm app, and lighting candles like Baies by Diptyque. “I also tend to read a novel before going to sleep,” she said. (By the way, Claudia told AnOther that her perfect day is “with my family on a boat, in gorgeous weather, drinking cold rosé and watching the sunset,” which is total goals.)

Claudia shared with Country & Town House that she tries to eat seasonal, local, organically grown fruit and vegetables, which are free from pesticides, as well as meat and dairy from organic farms. But, ya know, she’s gotta live, too. “My treats are chocolates and, every once in a while, a great red wine or my favourite Léoube rosé,” she said.

“On a day when I feel like indulging I love eating traditional, old-fashioned German stews that my mother used to cook for me,” she continued. “Other favorites for special days or weekends are [included in] an all-Italian buffet of pizzas, risottos, pastas, Parma hams and burrata with Sassicaia red wine.”
