  • Candace Cameron Bure just dropped an Instagram video of herself crushing a Kira Stokes step workout where her legs and arms are seriously sculpted.

  • The actress also does Pilates in addition to Stokes' workouts.

  • She also loves starting her day with matcha tea and having soup with whole grains, veggies, and lean protein.

Candace Cameron Bure has become something of a workout queen lately, often sharing Instagram videos of her sweat seshes. In fact, she's practically a spokesperson at this point for celebrity trainer Kira Stokes, who also works with Ashley Graham, Hannah Bronfman, and others. Well, Candace just dropped video of herself totally going for it in a workout (led by Stokes, obvi!).

The clip shows the Fuller House alum doing a step workout at a gym, cruising through a ton of moves. Some of the exercises include side squats, conventional squats, planks, arm and leg raise combos, and more. “When you don’t have the motivation, do it anyway,” Candace wrote over the video.

“This is your sign to try out the new @kirastokesfit Stoked Step 😜…no excuses!! LETS. GET. PHYSICAL. 💪🏼🪩💃🏼,” she wrote in the caption. People cheered her on in the comments. “Get it done 🔥🙌🙌,” said one person, while another wrote, “Keep up the amazing work!”

It’s hard to miss the fact that Candace is seriously toned all over in the video. Her legs, arms, and everything in between are super strong.

The 47-year-old actress shared in the comments that she works out between 40 minutes and an hour per workout session, using the Kira Stokes Fit app. Candace also revealed that she “sometimes” does Pilates, a workout she’s done for years.

However, Candace's Stokes workouts are the workouts she seems to love the most, and do more frequently. Candace shared a video on Instagram back in March of herself doing a cool workout in tandem with Stokes. The two danced, squatted, and cranked their way through several plank moves, all while looking like they were having a blast.

“Her method is how I’ve trained for the last 8 year[s]! It’s even more fun when we get to workout in person together,” she wrote in the caption.

In April, Candace also shared a BTS video of herself doing a workout on the app:

And in May, she said on IG that her “fitness isn’t where it used to be,” before noting that she’s working to get it back with the Stokes app. “Not an Ad- #stokedathlete Just what I love,” Candace added.

“I always bring my Kira bands everywhere I go. But that’s all I had,” she said. “No weights. Just my body and a water bottle—whatever works!”

Of course, Candace has worked hard to keep her mind and body healthy over the years. The actress actually has a history of disordered eating, and in 2020, she told Eating Well that it’s important to her to focus on fueling herself with healthy foods. “I'm grateful for my body, which makes me want to continue to care for it well, specifically through the foods I eat, exercising, and getting the rest I need."

For Candace, that means kicking off her day with matcha tea, having a hearty bowl of soup with whole grains, greens, veggies, and lean protein. A snack might be pistachios, fresh fruit, nuts, or veggies and tuna, followed by dinner of whole grains, lean protein, and cooked veggies.

Keep getting after it, Candace!
