Camila Cabello is hanging out in Greece right now, and she casually shared a swimsuit pic on Instagram to show everyone how relaxed she is on her beachy vacay. Obviously, it was a seriously epic shot, and her friends were quick to let her know what they thought about it.

In the photo, the 26-year-old star can be seen adjusting her hair as she stands in thigh-deep water. Her abs and legs are super strong as she gazes out into the distance while working the teeny string swimsuit. But, in true Camila Cabello style, she totally won with the caption. “Can’t wait to be back to chronic low level anxiety in Florida’s shark infested waters,” she joked.

Obviously, people were ready to cheer Camila on. “I JUST FELL ON MY KNEES WOW,” one person said, while another wrote, “body is bodyingggg.”

It looks like Camila is having the best time on vacation. She shared photos and a video earlier this week of herself and friends hopping onstage at an event and urging people to “make some noise.”

Camila is seriously strong right now. So it only makes sense you might be wondering what she does to work on her mental and physical health. The first thing to know is that she works with celebrity trainer Jenna Willis, who told Shape that the two have a lot of fun during their sessions. “We end up getting in an added ab workout because of how much we end up laughing,” Willis said. “She manages to keep me on my toes and turn every cardio move into an incredible-looking dance move.”

But Camila also knows how to work hard. Willis said her client “pushes hard” and is “extremely dedicated” to their workouts. The two often have to work out together on the road, so Willis has tailored Camila’s workouts to meet her where she is at that moment in time.

“A lot of our workouts include minimal equipment that focus on strength, HIIT, and balance, including complex movements that target the whole body,” Willis said. In the mix: bird-dogs to fire hydrants, squat hops, and plank rows to tricep kickbacks.

Willis previously told Hello that her clients—including Camila—have “crazy busy schedules.” She continued, “That being said, we fit exercise in wherever we can, when we can, and however we can!”

On the food front, Camila doesn’t follow a strict diet and she’s not into restrictive eating plans. "I tell my clients crash diets and overdoing workouts can be like a bad relationship. If they seem too good to be true, they are,” Willis told Hollywood Life.

Camila is also big on body positivity. She went viral on TikTok in 2021 after she opened up about negative self-thoughts she had while running in a shirt that showed off her stomach.

“I was just running in the park minding my own business trying to be fit, trying to keep it healthy,” Camila said in the post. “And I am wearing a top that shows my belly, and I wasn’t tucking it in, because I was running and existing like a normal person that doesn’t tuck it in all the time.”

“And I was like, ‘Damn,’” she continued. “But then I reminded myself being at war with your body is so last season. I am grateful for this body that lets me do what I need to do. We are real women with curves and cellulite and stretch marks and fat. And we gotta own that, baby.”
