This one's hard to look at, folks. A Porsche 918 Spyder crashed in New York City on Saturday.

Video and photos from the scene posted to TikTok show the car, painted with Martini Racing stripes, missing at least its front-right wheel and other bits from its front end.

Update, Feb. 4, 2024, 5:40 p.m. EST: The TikToks showing the crash damage have been removed from TikTok. This story has also been updated with additional information from one of the Porsche's occupants.

The incident occurred just before 2:30 p.m. on Richmond Road near Hunter Avenue in Staten Island, police told Road & Track. The Porsche driver told cops that their gas pedal got stuck, causing them to crash and sideswipe a 2013 Volkswagen that was stopped at a traffic light.

Drivers of both cars were taken to a local hospital for minor injuries.

The 918 Spyder is an 887-horsepower hybrid supercar that was made for just the 2015 model year. Uncrashed examples have gone for between $1 million and $2 million in recent years. With a value like that and only 918 built, it's likely this one and its freshly smashed face will be back to driving in not too long.

As of the time of this story's publication, no summonses were issued and no arrests were made in relation to this incident.
