Founded by Chloe Songer and Stuart Ahlum, Thousand Fell claims to be behind "the first circular recyclable sneaker at scale in the market." Its shoes are made in Brazil from recycled rubber, water bottles, quartz, and even food waste like castor beans, coconut, sugarcane, and palm. And once you wear them into the ground (like I know you will), the brand lets you send them back and upcycles them as part of its SuperCycle initiative. As someone who owns too many sneakers to count, I'll definitely take advantage of it when mine are worn to shreds instead of just throwing them away.
