Add these three moves to your workout routine, and you'll be chiseling out that six pack in no time.
JEREMY SRY: Hey, what's up, everybody? Welcome to In the Know Fitness. I'm Jeremy's Sry, and today I'm going to share with you my favorite moves for getting that six pack.
All right, everyone, the first move in our circuit is ab rollers. Starting on the ground, grab your ab roller. Place it in front of you, and extend as far as you can before you can't pull back. You can keep a slight curve in your back to keep the tension on your abs.
Our next move is alternating planks. So you're going to start in a high plank position with your shoulders right above your wrist. From here, drop down into a low plank, and now press back up.
The last move in our circuit is V ups. To set up, we're going to lie flat on our back and fully extend our arms and legs. From here, we're going to bring our fingertips and feet together for a crunch at the top. Now for an added challenge, we can hold that squeeze at the top.
