Ulta and Marvel Are Launching an Avengers Makeup Collection, and the Prices Are Heroic

You have to wait until April 26 to see Avengers: Endgame, but for those of us who love makeup as much as they love Marvel, Ulta just made the wait a little more pleasant. This weekend, the retailer launched a collaboration called Ulta Beauty Collection x Marvel's Avengers, and it's as superpowered as it sounds.

The star of the collection is arguably the Eyeshadow Palette (above), which includes 15 colors — mostly shimmers with a few mattes thrown in — for just $20. Under a lid that reads "Courageous. Tenacious. Fearless. Legendary," you'll find the aptly named shades Hero Vibes (copper shimmer), Games Changer (burnished gold), Save The World (champagne shimmer), Amazed (cream matte), Gauntlet (burgundy shimmer), Super Charged (mauve taupe matte), Out Of This, World (khaki brown shimmer), Last Shot (vanilla shimmer), Cosmic (eggplant shimmer), Smash (olive green shimmer), Legend (dirty aqua shimmer), Reassemble (smoky navy matte, I've Got This (ivory shimmer), Built For Battle (peach nude shimmer), and Fearless (moss graphite shimmer).

That's not the only palette in the collection. There's also a Highlight Palette, which features four generous pans of shimmering highlighter in universally flattering shades — Prepare To Be Amazed (icy pink), Best Never Rest (peach), Become A Legend (gold), and Visionary (copper pink) — for just $16. The message on the front, "Stronger together," isn't just a reference to the Avengers' teamwork, but also how the shades can be worn combined for an even more dimensional, glowy look.

The collection also features two types of liquid lip colors at $10 each: Matte Liquid Lipstick and Lip Gloss. Both come in four shades, the former's being Amazed (cool cherry red), Super Charged (true berry), I've Got This (dusty rose pink), and Out Of This World (neutral rosewood), while the latter's are Dream Team (rose red cream), Electrifying (neutral pink shimmer), Cosmic (deep purple cream), and Invincible (icy pink shimmer).

But even if none of those products appeal to you for some strange reason, you can put your existing non-Avengers makeup in one of the three colorful makeup bags launching with the collection: a Round Top Clutch ($12), an Organizer ($16), and a Weekender Bag ($28), all of which feature graphics, patterns, and messages associated with the superhero franchise.

The collection is truly perfect for the beauty-loving Avengers enthusiast — including Carol Danvers herself, who could probably use one of those cosmetics cases for all that makeup she started wearing after Captain Marvel.
