Benefit Gimme Brow has cut my morning routine in half—and today only, it’s 50 percent off—just $12.

For a long time, I had a very extensive brow routine. First, a powder to add shadows and dimension, then a pomade to create the look of hair where I didn’t have it, then a tinted gel to make my own brows match the color of the ones I created with pomade, and lastly a clear gel to make sure the hairs all went in the same direction as the ones I’d created with makeup. It took forever. If I had a dime for every minute I spent making up my eyebrows, I would spend it on the one brow product that I now use daily—with plenty to spare: Benefit Gimme Brow, half price for 24 hours only at Ulta—just $12.

I cut out three steps of my brow routine, and now most of the time I depend on just a few swipes of Benefit Gimme Brow, which adds shape, depth, dimension, and hold to my brows in just one step. I like to use the tip of the spoolie brush to add darkness and shape my brows. This step eliminates the need for a pencil or pomade to create hair-like strokes, as the product sticks to the skin for a similar effect — I focus on the middle near my nose and on the outside tails of my brows where hair is more sparse and less defined. Then I back-comb through the entire brow to make sure to get product on every hair, then just comb through my brows with the body of the spoolie to evenly distribute the product, brushing them up and out to get the fullness I like.

If you’re a fan of rival products like Glossier Boy Brow ($16) or Anastasia Beverly Hills Tinted Brow Gel ($22), you may find that Gimme Brow is more thickening, but has better hold than Boy Brow, which leaves brow hair soft and thin. Gimme Brow has less hold than Anastasia, which makes brows very stiff and dry with its traditional gel texture. It comes in eight colors as opposed to Glossier’s three and Anastasia’s five, making it easy to match to your complexion. You also may consider switching over to Gimme Brow instead of your pencil or pomade if you’re going for a more natural look.

With nearly 3,000 reviews on Ulta alone, this beloved product rarely goes on sale, especially at a price this low. So now’s the time to stock up. I’ll be adding a bunch to my cart ASAP.
