  • Gal Gadot just showed everyone a peek of her mega-toned legs in a pantsless Instagram photo that was part of her S Moda cover shoot.

  • To get prepared for her role Wonder Woman, the actress did resistance training sessions for an hour a day with a trainer.

  • When it comes to fueling up, Gal likes to follow a Mediterranean diet.

In case you missed the big news, Gal Gadot is on the cover of S Moda, and she’s definitely bringing the heat. The Wonder Woman star showed up on her A-game to the shoot, which she just casually dropped on Instagram this week.

Gal is super sculpted in every look, including a chic shot of her stretching out her strong legs in a pantsless ‘fit paired with black briefs, a white tee, and a roomy black blazer. Swipe again, and you'll catch the 38-year-old star showing off her all-over tone in a red mesh naked dress layered over nude briefs.

"Thanks for having me @s_moda 🖤," she captioned the photos. And of course, people low-key freaked in the comments. “Gal Gadot WOW,” one wrote, while another chimed in with,“🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥."

Gal is a legit superhero, so it only makes sense that she would go all in with her fitness routine. Her trainer Magnus Lygdback previously told Women’s Health that gal did some serious workouts to rev up for Wonder Woman 1984. To prep for the movie, Gal did resistance training sessions for an hour a day, five days a week for a year.

During that time, she focused on targeting different muscle groups per session. Like, one day would focus on legs, the next on the chest and back, another on her arms and shoulders, another would be lower body, and the last would target her upper body.

“I 'm a big fan of working different parts of the body every day so your body gets to recover and rest in between,” Lygdback said. She later told The Hollywood Reporter that the goal was to get Gal “as strong and as healthy as possible.”

But that wasn’t ~all~ she did. Gal also focused on fitting in a HIIT training on a stationary bike or the treadmill three times a week. Oh! Every session also wrapped up with core work.

And while Gal puts in the work to get onscreen ready, she told Shape that she’s not as intense with her workouts when she's not filming. "I like to do interval training and I 'm super grateful that I can do those workouts in my gym at home,” she said. “I try to get to it every day, but sometimes it's more like three to four times a week.”

Gal also makes a point to eat a healthy diet. “I'll never forget what a fitness trainer explained: Even if you work out for two hours a day, there are a lot of hours left to eat,” she said. “So the foods you choose are important," she told Shape. "I 'm all about the Mediterranean diet. I love to cook it, and I enjoy eating it too."

But Gal also made it clear that she leaves a little wiggle room in her eating plan. "I 'm not a saint,” she said. “I eat cheeseburgers and stuff like that. But the majority of the time, I keep it healthy. And when I do, I 'm more vital.”

Clearly it’s working for her!
